“Every day feels like a battle,” Naseeba begins, her voice soft but filled with the weight of years of hardship.

In the rural village of Ghulab Od, where life moves slowly but struggles are constant, Naseeba’s family fights a daily battle against poverty. Her husband is a labourer, driving a cart from dawn until dusk, earning a meagre Rs. 300 a day—just enough to feed his family, but never enough to cover the costs of their children’s education.

“We make our living from that, but it’s very hard to manage,” Naseeba confides, her hands trembling slightly as she speaks. “It’s a struggle to get by.”

Despite the endless hardship, Naseeba’s dream for her children shines brightly. “I want them to get an education,” she says, her voice filled with the hope that her children can break free from the chains of poverty that have bound their family for generations.
