DMCA Compliance

The following contact details are provided solely for DMCA notifications. Please refrain from sending unrelated inquiries to the contact listed below.

This policy applies to the following website: https://www.donatedirectly.com ("Site"). The Site is managed by DonateDirectly, a Delaware corporation with offices located at 8 The Green, STE 4000, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("DonateDirectly").

DMCA: Copyright Concerns

In accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of alleged copyright infringement should be sent to the following:

DonateDirectly, 8 The Green, STE 4000, Dover, DE 19901, USA

Email: info@donatedirectly.com

To be considered effective, the notification must be a written document containing the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with enough information to locate it ("Disputed Content").
  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement confirming that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
  6. A declaration that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  7. Any additional requirements mandated by U.S. law.

Upon receipt of such a written notice, DonateDirectly may notify the individual or entity responsible for the posting of the Disputed Content ("User") by email or written correspondence, if available.

If a User believes that the Disputed Content was wrongly removed or disabled, they may submit a counter-notice to DonateDirectlys Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include:

  1. The Users physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the Disputed Content that was removed and the location before removal.
  3. A statement that the User has a good faith belief that the Disputed Content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. The Users name, address, phone number, email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Dover, Delaware, and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complaining party.

If DonateDirectly’s Copyright Agent receives a valid counter-notice, DonateDirectly may send a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that the Disputed Content may be restored within ten (10) business days unless legal action is initiated.
