Rozina lives in the quiet village of Haji Bahin with her four siblings. They’re all young. Too young to be worrying about food. Too young to be worrying about survival. And yet, that has been their reality for the past few years.

It started with the loss of their mother three years ago. Then, just six months later, their father passed away too. The grief didn’t have time to settle before survival took its place. There were no relatives to step in. No one to earn for them. No adults to guide them. They were suddenly on their own—five children left to navigate life without parents or income.

Some days, a neighbour shares food. Other days, there’s nothing. Hunger is a quiet visitor in their home—never gone for long, always lingering. But even with that constant uncertainty, Rozina speaks of something else. Something more.

She wants to study.

“We are passionate about studying,” she says. It’s not just her—it’s all five of them. Despite the instability, despite the empty plates, they haven’t let go of that dream. But books cost money. So do uniforms. And transportation. Things they simply cannot afford.

Still, Rozina hasn’t stopped wishing. She dreams of a day when someone might notice. Someone with a kind heart. Someone who could give them a chance—just enough food to get through the day, and the means to go to school.

She isn’t asking for luxury. She’s asking for dignity. A full meal. A classroom. A future.

The Qur’an says:
“Whatever you spend in good, it will be repaid to you in full, and you will not be wronged.” (2:272)
