Sana and Dawood’s love story is one of resilience, sacrifice, and heartbreak. Dawood, a 30-year-old labourer, lost both his hands and a leg in a devastating electrocution accident last year. His future was uncertain, and most people in his life abandoned him—except Sana.

Against her family’s wishes, 26-year-old Sana married Dawood, pledging to stand by him despite his struggles. She became his hands, his strength, and his constant support. But now, their story has taken another cruel turn.

Sana has been battling a severe blood disorder, leaving her body weak and trembling uncontrollably. A uterine infection has paralysed her legs, rendering her immobile. For the past 15 days, she has been in constant pain, dependent on others for every basic need.

The family’s pain doesn’t end there. Dawood’s elderly mother, paralysed two years ago, also relies on their care. With no income, mounting medical bills, and empty cupboards, this small family is holding on to their faith and each other.
